They are great tools for searching for products and services, which is very current and accurate. I will look for clothings, accessories, services such as eyelash beauty brands and inspiration. What is the last time you search for something through social media?
Out of the many brands that I have read about, liked, saved or shared are brands that really speak about their values and the content that they shared. What put me off are brands that do alot of hard selling without even thinking deeper of what consumers want to read about. And this reminds me of a book, Stop advertising, start branding! It really tells the entrepreneurs out there to take their brands seriously!
Let me share about my social media research when I need a eyelash beautician desperately. Out of the 10 accounts that I viewed, all of them shared about their portfolios and the end results of their beautiful lashes. And only one out of them caught my eyes and make me notice this brand.
