So mainly residentials! But what about condos? Yes, they do tingkat delivery to condo as well. However, there will be a $17 surcharge if they were to deliver all the way to your doorstep. This additional fee is waived off if the food is left at the concierge or the guardhouse, so you have to pick it up from the guardhouse or concierge yourself. This shouldn’t be a problem if you are coming home from work and the food is already there. But you will have to go through the front gate even if the side gate is nearer to your unit.
